All orders are carefully packed in protective, gift-ready packaging and dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days.
- UK Standard: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- UK Express: 1–2 working days after dispatch
- International: 7–14 working days depending on destination

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at glamaccessoriesltd@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that show signs of wear cannot be returned
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or incorrect item? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
